The approach: Mount Umunhum Trail from Bald Mountain parking
Summit finish: The public summit paths on Mount Umunhum.
A woodland climb to one of the South Bay’s defining summits, with wide views and cultural interpretation. Midpen lists 3.9 miles each way from Bald Mountain parking. The short walk from upper parking reaches the same summit with a different effort. Respect the ceremonial space and use designated public paths.
